Azerbaijani leader Ilham Aliyev said that Moscow and Baku consider the armed conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh over, the press service of the head of state said.
According to him, Azerbaijan and Russia have no disagreements on Karabakh.
“We have no disagreement on approaches. We – Russia and Azerbaijan – believe that the war is over, the conflict is over”, – the Interfax news agency quoted Aliyev as saying.
