US says it will not make arms control decisions without EU involvement

The secretary of state pointed out that Europeans are involved in discussions on strategic stability with Russia

The United States will not make any arms control decisions without European participation. US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said this at a press conference in Paris on Friday following talks with his French counterpart Jean-Yves Le Drian.

“We will be guided by a simple principle and we will not do anything without your participation”, –  he said. – “The Europeans are involved in our discussions on strategic stability with Russia”, – said the head of US diplomacy.
