Paris attaches great importance to developing an arms control dialogue with Moscow. French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian said this at a press conference in Paris on Friday after talks with US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken.
“We consider it important to develop a dialogue with Russia on arms control”, – he said. According to the French minister, – “it must be meaningful”.
The European Union must have a high-level dialogue with Russia, the French Foreign Minister said. According to him, Russia is a great power and a neighbour with which stable relations are necessary.
