“No, such a meeting is not being prepared, but it is potentially possible. It is possible if the political will prevails in London to repair our bilateral relations, which have been pretty broken at London’s initiative”, – Peskov said in a conversation with the radio station “Moscow Talks.”
Earlier, British Defence Secretary Bel Wallace allowed for the possibility of talks between Putin and Johnson after the Russia-US summit, which was held in Geneva on June 16. According to the minister, London is ready to discuss normalisation of relations with Moscow if “Russia changes its line of conduct”.
