“The American people deserve to know that the president can exercise the duties of head of state and commander-in-chief. In order to achieve this, we urge you to take a cognitive test immediately. Unfortunately, the decline in your mental capacity and forgetfulness has become more pronounced over the past 18 months”, – Jackson said.
White House chief executive Joe Biden has repeatedly confused dates, names and forgotten the names of dignitaries. During a speech on women in the US military, Biden forgot the name of Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin and the Pentagon, and at a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Geneva on 16 June, Biden came with cheat sheets.
