Washington believes that modern conflicts can be waged not only at sea, in the air and on land, but also in space and cyberspace.
According to RIA FAN, American analyst Chris Osborne writes in his material for The National Interest that the United States is not ready to wage war with Russia at a multi-domain level, since Washington lacks the necessary technologies. The United States views Russia as a country about which new types of intelligence need to be collected.
“Washington believes that modern conflicts can be waged not only at sea, in the air and on land, but also in space and cyberspace. However, at the moment, the Pentagon is faced with the need for successful intelligence operations, especially in the space and cyber spheres”, – the observer said.
According to Osborne, the US military lacks intelligence technology to wage war with Russia. And without the proper infrastructure, Washington has no chance of winning.
