As reported by TASS, on Friday, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Maria Zakharova, commenting on the statement of the British Foreign Minister about her intention to talk with Lavrov, said that Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his British counterpart Dominic Raab will hold a telephone conversation next week.
“Clarification. The conversation is planned by phone next week”, – the diplomat wrote on the Telegram channel.
Earlier, Reuters reported that Raab intends to hold a conversation with his Russian counterpart. At the same time, the British minister did not name a specific date for the upcoming conversation, but said that it would happen “in the near future.” He also did not begin to discuss topics that may be touched upon by the foreign ministers.
