According to the Russian senator, there is no talk of an attempt to improve relations on the part of the United States.
The well-known publicist Alexei Pushkov on his page on the social network said that, in his opinion, China is convinced: Biden does not intend to improve relations with Moscow, and he needs the EU to confront Russia and China.
“The assessment is realistic. The task of the United States is to maintain hegemony, not to please Moscow. In Geneva, Biden wants to talk not about ending the confrontation, but about controlling it”, – the expert says.
