Selahaddin Gulen was wanted on charges of being a member of an armed terrorist group
According to TASS, as reported by NTV on Monday, officers of Turkey’s National Intelligence Organisation (MİT) have brought Selahaddin Gülen, the nephew of accused coup attempter Fethullah Gülen, into the country.
“Where exactly the operation to apprehend Gulen took place is not reported, but it is indicated that it took place abroad. The nephew of the leader of the “Fethullahist terrorist organisation” (FETO), the TV channel notes, had been taken outside Turkey earlier with the help of other members of the organisation. According to intelligence reports, Selahaddin Gulen has links to a number of senior FETO leaders, including members of the advisory council”, – the report said.
He was wanted in Turkey on charges of membership in an armed terrorist group.
