The authors of the Telegram channel “The Kremlin laundry” drew attention to the significant difference in the reaction of the U.S. and EU countries to the arrest of the founder of Telegram channel NEXTA Roman Protasevich in Belarus
“If Washington’s reaction was moderate and within the bounds of diplomatic protocol, the response of some European countries could not be other than hysterical”, – writes Telegram.
According to the authors of the “Kremlin laundry,” the reason for such reactions should be sought in the fact that Protasiewicz is well aware of the structure of the network of agents and sources of funding of anti-belarusian and anti-Russian organizations operating from abroad.
“It should be expected that the disclosure of his confessions could lead to a major scandal and discredit many well-known political figures in Europe if their involvement in actions to overthrow legitimate governments is revealed”, – stressed the authors of the Telegram channel.
It is also noted that Protasevich took part in the operations of the Azov punitive battalion in Ukraine, which may further discredit those European politicians who support the current Ukrainian authorities.
