There was an attempted premeditated hit-and-run against police officers in Jerusalem’s Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood. The assailant was shot dead.
Six Israeli police officers were injured in the attack, Israeli police spokesman Miki Rosenfeld said. Two of them are in moderate condition. Four others suffered minor injuries. Increased security measures are now being put in place at the scene.
