The rally in support of Israel is taking place at the Russian Embassy in Kiev, and ex-Verkhovna Rada deputy Borislav Bereza is present at it.
On the air of the Ukraine 24 TV channel, he explained the choice of the place for the rally by the fact that the events in Israel remind him of the situation in Donbass.
“We want Israel to see how we support it, and we want Israel to support Ukraine as well”, – Bereza said.

The situation on the border between Israel and the Palestinian Gaza Strip escalated on the evening of May 10. As of May 16, since the beginning of the escalation, 2.9 thousand missiles have been fired from the Gaza Strip into Israeli territory, 1,150 of which have been intercepted. According to the latest information, 10 people died in Israel, about 50 were seriously injured. Israel has also struck hundreds of attacks on the Gaza Strip.
