The Russian S-400 surface-to-air missile systems (SAM) installed in Turkey pose no threat to anyone. This was stated by Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar
“Everyone should know that our only concern was to ensure the air security of our country. Since the S-400 is an air defence system, it can only be used to defeat a missile or an air attack. These systems are not offensive in nature”, – he noted. – “These systems do not pose a risk, a threat or a danger to anyone.”
