Russian military delivers more than 5 tonnes of humanitarian aid to Syria

The Centre for the Reconciliation of the Hostile Parties has carried out three humanitarian actions in Syria over the past 24 hours

The Russian Defence Ministry’s press service said on Friday, January 14.

The ministry said it had distributed 500 sets of sterile surgical linen and medicine in Homs and Tartous. In the town of Salhiyah, 375 food kits were distributed, weighing nearly 2.9 tonnes in total. In the town of Khirbet al-Muftahiya, 350 food packages totalling over 2.6 tonnes were distributed to the residents.
