Nikolai Korchunov, Ambassador-at-Large of the Russian Foreign Ministry, a senior official of the Arctic Council from Russia, spoke about constructive relations and dialogue with the American side within the framework of the Arctic Council.
“I would like to note the very constructive relations and dialogue with our American colleagues in the Arctic Council”, – RIA Novosti quoted Korchunov as saying.

“We don’t have any friction, maybe there may be disagreements on some issues, but I can assure you that they are mostly tactical in nature”, – Korchunov said.
