“Regarding the withdrawal [of the troops], about which Russia has spoken a lot and has officially spoken, – we understand that about 3.5 thousand military contingents have left. But these are only those who were on the territory of the temporarily occupied Crimea. We have not seen and do not see a large bend”, – Zelensky said.

He noted that during the escalation, the number of Russian military and equipment was allegedly increased both on the territory of Crimea and on the territory of Donbass and along the Ukrainian borders.

“As for the contingent and equipment on the borders of Ukraine and Russia, we do not record a decrease, we do not record an increase either. They move back very slowly, but very, very slowly”.
