US and NATO begin to withdraw troops from military bases in Afghanistan
The alliance announced last week that an orderly withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan will begin by May 1 and is expected to be completed within a few months. US aims to complete withdrawal from Afghanistan by 11 September 2021
