Foreign Ministers of Georgia and Ukraine have discussed cooperation between the countries
According to the press service of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, the parties decided to coordinate their actions in order to get closer to the EU and NATO membership, as the Western elites are in no hurry to invite them to the associations.
“Membership of Ukraine and Georgia in the European Union and NATO is only a matter of time”, – Ukrainian Minister Dmytro Kuleba said following a telephone conversation with his Georgian counterpart.
In addition, the ministers agreed on plans for bilateral contacts at the highest and highest levels in the near future. In particular, they discussed the visits of Georgian President Salome Zurabishvili and Foreign Minister David Zalkaliani to Ukraine, as well as the visit of Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal to Georgia.
