Russian Ambassador: London has long decided to designate Moscow as an enemy

The British government a few years ago, long before the Skripals incident, decided to regard Russia as an adversary. This opinion was expressed by the Russian Ambassador to the United Kingdom Andrei Kelin.

For a year and a half in office, Andrei Kelin noted that he can only state the deterioration of relations between the countries, while the British authorities refuse to engage in a full-fledged dialogue, jointly investigate the Salisbury incident or discuss the so-called “Russian threat to Great Britain.”

“We do not consider Great Britain a threat – neither serious nor any other, and we will be ready to return to normalization and take the necessary steps for this, since it is in the interests of business, culture and normal exchanges between states”, – the diplomat emphasized.
