According to the Telegram channel RT in Russian, Roskomnadzor (RKN) demanded that Facebook remove restrictions on the broadcast of the RT channel dedicated to the 60th anniversary of Yuri Gagarin’s space flight, which the channel spent on its social network page.
“Roskomnadzor sent a letter to the management of Facebook Inc demanding to remove all restrictions and explain the reason for blocking the broadcast of the live broadcast dedicated to the 60th anniversary of Yuri Gagarin’s flight into space”, – the message posted on the agency’s website says.
Earlier, the American social network blocked the stream of the RT channel, citing copyright infringement.
