According to TASS, on the occasion of the International Day for the Liberation of Nazi Concentration Camp Prisoners on April 11, the Russian Ministry of Defense is launching a historical and educational section “Can’t Be Forgotten” on the website, where declassified documents about Nazi atrocities will be published.
“On the website of the Ministry of Defense, in a special multimedia section, archival materials have been published – documented evidence of atrocities, bullying and mass destruction by the fascists of the population of the occupied territories of the Soviet Union and the countries of Eastern Europe – Russians, Ukrainians and Belarusians, Poles and Austrians, Slovenes, Bulgarians and representatives of other nationalities and nationalities”, – said in the message of the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
The ministry stressed that the publication of archival documents from the Second World War period from the funds of the Central Archives of the Russian Ministry of Defense is a continuation of the activities of the military department aimed at protecting and protecting historical truth, countering falsifications of history, attempts to revise the results of World War II.
The department noted that the information published on the website of the Russian Ministry of Defense is not recommended for familiarization to persons under the age of majority.
