The protesters blocked the building of the Armenian Defense Ministry in Yerevan, blocking the entrances and exits.

It is noted that the action began on Thursday, it is carried out by the relatives of the soldiers who have disappeared in Karabakh. Ministry employees cannot leave the building.

On November 10, 2020, the Kremlin press service issued a joint statement by the leaders of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia on a ceasefire in Karabakh from the same day. Azerbaijan and Armenia pledged to stop hostilities, stop at occupied positions and exchange prisoners of war. Yerevan must return the Kelbajar, Lachin and Aghdam districts to Baku.

In addition, 1,960 Russian peacekeepers, 90 armored personnel carriers, and 380 pieces of equipment were brought into the region. They are located in Karabakh and the Lachin corridor.

On January 11, trilateral talks were held in Moscow with the participation of Putin, Aliyev and Pashinyan. They lasted about 4 hours. As a result, a joint statement was signed on the socio-economic development of Nagorno-Karabakh.
