The PRC government became interested in the work of American laboratories in Ukraine, thus responding to the anti-Chinese attacks of the United States.
As previously reported by News Front, a network of Pentagon-funded laboratories operates in Ukraine. The agreement between Ukraine and the United States obliges Kiev to “refuse public disclosure of information designated by the US Department of Defense as “sensitive”. This article also states that the number of persons with access to “confidential information” should be extremely limited.
Similar activities are being carried out in Georgia. There, not far from Tbilisi, is located the controversial Richard Lugar Public Health Research Center. In 2018, the former Minister of State Security of Georgia, Igor Giorgadze, announced that he had evidence of dangerous experiments being carried out there.
The United States is required to disclose the activities of such laboratories, said Zhao Lijian, a spokesman for the PRC Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
“We hope that the respective countries and the United States will take a responsible and open position, begin cooperation with WHO and invite its experts to carry out scientific research to find the sources of the origin of the coronavirus in the United States”, – the diplomat emphasized.
The statement came against the backdrop of the anti-China campaign launched by Washington. In particular, since the days of the Donald Trump administration, the States have been trying to blame China for the origin of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus.
“Take, for example, Ukraine, where the United States has set up 16 biological laboratories only”, – the Foreign Ministry spokesman recalled.
“Why is the United States creating so many laboratories around the world, and what is it doing there, including Fort Detrick?”
