US Asian satellite negotiates with China

For the first time in three years, Chinese diplomats held talks with counterparts from South Korea, a country under US influence.

When Joe Biden’s administration in the United States launched a massive anti-China campaign to thwart China’s economic ambitions, the Korean Foreign Minister paid a visit to Beijing, Yonhap reported on Saturday, April 3.

Following the talks, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said that the countries agreed to cooperate on the issue of “a political solution to the problems associated with the Korean Peninsula”.

South Korean Foreign Minister Jong Ui Yong, in turn, said that Seoul counts on Beijing’s support in a peaceful settlement between the Republic of Korea and the DPRK.

“Korea and China share a common goal of complete denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula”, – Chung said.
