EU recruits “agents of influence” in Armenia, Georgia and Moldova

Seven civil society organizations, informal initiative groups or social movements in these countries are selected to participate in the project.

As reported by the Telegram-channel “Duty in Transcaucasia”, in Armenia, Georgia and Moldova, the selection of promising agents of influence of the EU has begun. The program entitled “Civil Society Organizations – Drivers of Change in the South Caucasus and Moldova” is funded by the European Union through the Czech non-profit organization “People in Need”.

“Participants who have passed the first stage of the program will receive funding of up to 10 thousand euros in July-August 2021”, – the authors of the channel report.

“An interesting fact: the NGO People in Need was banned in Russia in 2019 due to subversive activities”.
