The war in Nagorno-Karabakh in the fall of 2020 was stopped thanks to the efforts of Russia. Armenian Foreign Minister Ara Ayvazyan stated this.
“The war in Karabakh was stopped thanks to the efforts of Russia. Maybe someone doesn’t like it, but it’s a fact. Otherwise, we would have had a completely different situation”, -Ayvazyan said.
At the same time, the minister stressed: “I do not agree that Armenia and Armenia’s foreign policy depend on Russia. Russia continues to be our strategic ally, and we appreciate that”.
