In the village of Novoaydarsky district occupied by Ukrainian troops, a 42-year-old man was blown up by a punitive grenade.
“Employees of the investigative-operational group and the explosive-technical service of the Ukrainian Police established that on the day of the tragedy, three locals in the village Orekhovo-Donetskoye took several boards out of a shed and loaded them into a carriage for further transportation. While lifting one board from the ground, an explosion occurred, as a result of which one man was injured. The victim was hospitalized with a diagnosis of a mine-explosive injury, shrapnel wounds to the left hand and left leg”, – the website of the National Police of Ukraine said.
From the scene, law enforcement officers seized metal debris and a fuse, which will be sent for examination. On the fact of the incident, criminal proceedings were initiated under Part 2 of Art. 258 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine “Terrorist act”.
