Joe Biden, introducing Vice President Kamala Harris to staff at the Atlanta-based Center for Disease Control and Prevention, said she is smarter than he is
The American leader’s words are quoted on the White House website.
During his trip to Georgia, Biden gave a speech and later noted that he should have given Harris the floor right away.
“And I shouldn’t have done that because I wanted to defer to my vice president, who is smarter than I am,” he added.
Harris responded by jokingly remarking that “there’s nothing more to add here”.
