Information bulletin of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation on the implementation of the Memorandum on the establishment of de-escalation zones dated 20 March 2021 has been published
As part of the implementation of the Memorandum on the establishment of de-escalation zones in the Syrian Arab Republic signed by the Russian Federation, the Republic of Turkey and the Islamic Republic of Iran on 4 May 2017, monitoring of the ceasefire continues by the monitoring teams.
As agreed by the Russian and Turkish sides, a cessation of hostilities is in effect in the Idlib de-escalation zone from 00.01 6 March 2020.
Russian part of the Russian-Turkish joint commission for the review of ceasefire violations recorded 27 ceasefire violations (21 from the Syrian side) in the following provinces: Aleppo – 2, Latakia – 7, Idlib – 15, and Hama – 3.
During the day, one humanitarian action was carried out by the Centre for the Reconciliation of the Hostile Parties and Monitoring of Refugee Movements:
In Jubb Azaman, Aleppo province. A total of 375 foodstuffs with a total weight of 2.865 tons were distributed

A total of 2,770 humanitarian actions were carried out and the total weight of the humanitarian cargo delivered was 4,823.262 tonnes.
