The Council of Europe intends to hire public relations experts to promote decentralisation and governance reforms in Ukraine on social media and in the media, RT reports
“The programme aims to both improve legislation and strengthen institutional capacity at all levels of government through policy advice, legislative support, capacity building (training, indexes, feasibility studies, etc.) and intergovernmental assistance in democratic governance”, – the tender said.
The project budget is €1.7 million. The public relations specialists will promote a Facebook page with information about the “Enhancing Decentralisation and Promoting Governance Reforms in Ukraine” programme among the target audience.
They will also be responsible for preparing analytical articles for local media “with a special focus on the standards and experience of the Council of Europe member states in this field, as well as recommendations for Ukraine”.
