Public figure, publicist Maria Butina in her Telegram channel published the FBI manual, in which Americans are taught to identify “artificially created synthetic people” from Russia who can “attack” Internet users.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has issued a leaflet warning American Internet users about the likelihood that Russia could “attack using artificially engineered synthetic humans”.
“The Bureau’s specialists even tell you how to determine the synthetic character you have come across or not. It turns out that the indicators are a blurred background in the photo; obvious or accidental distortions in the pupils or auricles also make the image suspicious. Look carefully at the photographs of the interlocutors, especially when it comes to sensitive “hot” topics – the FBI advises. We found a synthetic character by running to the Bureau”, – Butina writes.
