Earlier, Merkel said that the coronavirus pandemic demonstrated the danger to which human intervention in nature can lead.
According to RT, the German authorities have agreed to begin easing restrictions from March 8 in regions with a low incidence of coronavirus.
“From March 8, retail stores can be opened in regions with an incidence below 50 (new cases per week per 100 thousand population), with a higher incidence through online ordering. Also, with an incidence of over 50, museums, galleries, zoos and botanical gardens may be opened, if this is done by appointment and the visit is documented”, – RIA Novosti quotes German Chancellor Angela Merkel as saying.
At the same time, according to her, there will be restrictions on the number of clients. This, as after the first wave, will be calculated in accordance with the area of the premises. If there is a stable or decreasing incidence in the region within two weeks, new mitigations are possible. At the same time, the nationwide regime of restrictive measures is in effect in the country until March 28.
