This is a lightweight, one-piece version of Sputnik V.
According to TASS, the developers of the Russian vaccine against the Sputnik V coronavirus have applied for registration of a light version of the Sputnik Light vaccine in Russia and a number of other countries.
Sputnik V has already applied for emergency approval in Russia and several other countries for its single-dose Sputnik Light vaccine.
“Sputnik Light” goes out to the world in March”, – says the vaccine’s official Twitter account.
Sputnik Light is a lightweight version of Sputnik V, developed by the Gamaleya Center and becoming the world’s first registered vaccine against coronavirus. It consists of only one (first) component, therefore, it requires only one vaccination instead of two.
