Protesters in Yerevan demand Pashinyan’s resignation

A rally of opponents of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has started in Yerevan: the protesters demand that he be dismissed, RIA Novosti reports.

“We have a program to remove him from power. Together with our people, we will achieve his departure. We are following the constitutional path”, – said one of the organizers of the protest action Ishkhan Saghatelyan.

Protests are regularly held in Armenia demanding the resignation of Pashinyan. They began after he signed an agreement on a complete ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh last November.
