British Prime Minister Boris Johnson is spending the weekend finalising a plan to lift restrictions in England.
They are preparing to start with schools, although there is public insistence that pubs, restaurants, shops and travel companies should be allowed to operate. Johnson, meanwhile, stresses that the opening of pubs in the country will be the “last resort”.
But it remains to be seen whether English people will be allowed to travel around the country and abroad in the coming season. Three other parts of the United Kingdom – Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland – have already been asked not to expect much relief in the coming weeks and not to plan tours for Easter dates
