The British Embassy in Kiev has allocated 168 thousand pounds sterling (235 thousand dollars) to Ukraine for a project to support certain “Crimean” administrative structures in the Kherson region of Ukraine, which is adjacent to the Russian Crimea.
“The UK announces funding for a new project to facilitate access to life-saving services for Ukrainians living in Crimea. Great Britain has allocated 168 thousand pounds sterling for this project to support local administrative structures in the neighboring Kherson region, thanks to which those in need will be able to visit local hospitals and receive Ukrainian passports”, – the embassy said.
