Zelensky wants to involve “friends from America” in talks on Donbass

As the Ukrainian president stressed in Telegram, the events in the east of the country should not become habitual

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has advocated for “friends from Europe and America” to join the negotiation process on Donbas, Glavred writes. He is also grateful to those partners who are already helping with the settlement.

“The ruined lives and all the artificially created injustices you see from the frontline are something that needs to be rectified by all means. By expanding the available negotiating opportunities, including through the broad involvement of our Western friends from Europe and America”, –  he said.

Zelensky added that the Ukrainian army also needs to be strengthened so that it can “withstand daily provocations and pressure from the enemy”.
