“They don’t need our permission to view these recordings. Biden owns all the materials on the conversations”, – a former White House employee told the newspaper.
According to newspaper sources, Trump “kept in strict secrecy” the details of the telephone conversations with foreign leaders, but some of the former president’s aides heard the talks and recorded the details of the conversations. According to the law, it is this information that is transferred to the US National Archives, to which Biden has access.
