European foreign ministers will discuss relations with Russia, following the visit of Josep Borrell, the head of European diplomacy, to Moscow
Borrell said the consultations will be held on February 22 within the Foreign Affairs Council. The talks will take place ahead of a strategic debate on EU-Russia relations in March.
“Diplomatic channels must remain open, not only to de-escalate crises or incidents, but also to have direct exchanges, clear and frank messages, especially when relations are far from satisfactory”, – Borrell said.
