The North Atlantic Alliance has strengthened its position in the Black Sea, NATO Supreme Allied Commander Europe Todd Walters said during a briefing
“We have strengthened our position in the Black Sea and have received excellent support from Georgia and Ukraine to do so. The US warships Porter and Donald Cook recently participated in exercises in the Black Sea. It was a shining example of interoperability development”, – said the U.S. general.
According to Walters, there are many challenges in the Euro-Atlantic space, among which he highlighted “pest activities committed by rivals.”
