The European Union will reconsider imposing sanctions against Russia over the situation with Alexei Navalny in February. Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias said this in an interview with Euronews TV channel. The press service of the Greek Foreign Ministry circulated the text on Wednesday evening.

“We all agree with the position of the vast majority of member states, as expressed by [European diplomatic chief] Josep Borrell, namely that the EU should give Russia the opportunity to reconsider this issue. And there will be a new discussion in 30 days. This is where we are now [on the issue]”, –  Dendias said.
