Multiple explosions during riots in Amsterdam

Several explosions occurred in Amsterdam, where unrest over coronavirus restrictions has not subsided for the fourth day in a row

It is noted that the explosions were recorded in the Osdorp area on the outskirts of the Dutch capital. In one incident, a truck set on fire by demonstrators exploded. In another, an explosion occurred at a sales kiosk.

There were clashes with police officers during the unrest. The area has now been cordoned off as a result of the curfew and protest activity there has come to a virtual standstill. According to the newspaper, one of the last groups of protesters hid in a diner, where they were surrounded by law enforcers.
