The Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung reports that at least three people were injured in the attack by a man armed with a knife.
Witnesses said the attacker chose his victims “at random” and may have been under the influence of drugs. All of the victims have been taken to hospitals, the FAZ noted.
Frankfurt police have confirmed the arrest of the man who, according to preliminary reports, wounded several people. “There is no longer any danger,” the police specifies.
