Authorities do not say what drug was used for the vaccination
Law enforcement officials in Placer County, California, are investigating after a carrier of the coronavirus died shortly after being vaccinated.
“The man in question tested positive for the coronavirus in late December 2020. The result was positive. On January 21, the infected person died. He had been vaccinated against the coronavirus a few hours before”, – the local county sheriff’s office said in a statement posted on Facebook on Saturday.
Authorities did not say which drug was used. The US Department of Health and Human Services’ Food and Drug Administration approved a coronavirus vaccine developed by Pfizer and BioNTech in December 2020. A drug produced by Moderna, a US company, has also been certified.
