Once again demonstrating its unwillingness to implement the Minsk agreements, Ukraine proposes to create some kind of a single document which will include the “best proposals” of the parties
The head of the Ukrainian delegation to the trilateral contact group, Leonid Kravchuk, has already voiced the proposal to the OSCE representative and head of the TCG political subgroup, Pierre Morrel.
Although there is already a plan for resolving the conflict and Kiev has committed to implement it, Kravchuk insists on creating a new document which “should include the best proposals of both sides”.
In the future, according to the Kiev representative, this “united plan” could be presented within the Normandy format.
