The capitol of the US state of Michigan was temporarily closed on Thursday amid threat reports. State Senator Mallory McMorrow reported this with reference to local police.
“The Capitol building is temporarily closed. Michigan State Police are investigating a threat report in the Capitol building”, – the police posted on Twitter by the Senator.
Fox TV channel noted that there were earlier reports of the possible presence of a bomb in the Capitol building in Michigan. Law enforcement officers are checking.
Senator McMorrow also wrote that this happened against the background of the events that took place on the eve of the events at the Capitol in Washington, and called outrageous the fact that many participants in yesterday’s incidents were taken out of the building and simply sent home.
