According to Strana.ua, the pipe-laying vessel Akademik Chersky belonging to Gazprom, having stood for almost a month not far from Kaliningrad, returned to the construction site of the Russian gas pipeline Nord Stream-2.
In early December, Akademik Chersky was stationed for several days in the area of the Danish island of Bornholm, where the gas pipeline section is located.
Let us remind you that Russia, after a break of a year, the construction of the Nord Stream-2 resumed in December. The break was associated with US sanctions. The Fortuna pipelayer laid a 2.6-kilometer section of the gas pipeline in the exclusive economic zone of the Federal Republic of Germany. After that, a section of the gas pipeline should be built in Denmark.
