Hired killers to kill the military – China accused of anti-American campaign in Afghanistan

At the end of his presidency, Donald Trump intends to declassify some intelligence information. The move is aimed at further escalating tensions with China.

The White House plans are reported by Axios, citing informed Washington officials.

Interlocutors of journalists claim that China allegedly paid “non-state actors” on the territory of Afghanistan for the killing of American soldiers. The sources also acknowledge that the information cannot be considered reliable. Despite this, the materials were included in the presidential briefing on December 17.

At the same time, it remains unknown whether Congress and Joe Biden, who will take over the White House in January, have been informed about this.

It is noteworthy that the accusations are similar to the unsubstantiated anti-Russian stuffing of the American edition of The New York Times. Journalists asserted that the security forces of the Russian Federation allegedly paid the militants of the Taliban terrorist group* for the murder of American soldiers in Afghanistan.

Although US officials admitted that it was not possible to confirm the information, the New York Times article served as a tool for Joe Biden to pressure Donald Trump. The democrat accused the president of not taking punitive measures against Russia.
