Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, answering journalists’ questions after Friday prayers, said he considers Russian President Vladimir Putin an honest man who keeps his word
Earlier, the Russian president described Erdogan during a major press conference as a man “who keeps his word” despite the fact that “their views on certain issues may differ”.
“In fact, these are words that describe him as well. Having got to know Mr. Putin, I got to know him in this very way. He is a really honest man”, – Erdogan said.
He also said that Russia is “a rare country which keeps its promises, with which it has also managed to build strong relationships.
