A government decree is enough to authorize the sale of prescription drugs.
According to RIA FAN, the members of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine are preparing to lift the ban on the sale of medical products from cannabis.
“It is necessary to pass the law only in the case of cultivation and production within the country”, – said the head of the Servant of the People faction David Arakhamia on December 22 at a briefing.
“We are not talking about cultivation in Ukraine and so on. And we decided that we can, without a bill, and by acts of the Cabinet, in fact, resolve this issue. The so-called “red recipe”.
The red prescription is the sale of opiates to cancer patients. The proposal is now to expand the drug list to include cannabis products. This experiment will last three to four months, after which a bill on the complete localization and sale of drugs will be passed in parliament.
